A little over 30 years ago, I started collecting fabric. I felt like I needed a good variety in order to make my quilts. About 10 years ago, I stopped collecting fabric. I determined that I needed to sew up my fabric before I could buy any more. I have only made a few exceptions since then, and I try to limit myself to buying only solids. You will be able to tell by my quilts that most of the fabric is now what is called "vintage."

RSC15 Putting the pinks behind me and moving on to the yellows
The last of the pinks! I managed to make a fabric box (pattern from Sunday Morning Quilts) and several 10" squares and 8-1/2" squares of fabric and I still have a stack of pink crumbs waiting for me for another time.
I love your pink prints. Great blocks. You have been busy.
ReplyDeleteI'm ready to play with some yellow fabric, too.
Good job getting those pinks sewn up and good luck with the yellows.
