A little over 30 years ago, I started collecting fabric. I felt like I needed a good variety in order to make my quilts. About 10 years ago, I stopped collecting fabric. I determined that I needed to sew up my fabric before I could buy any more. I have only made a few exceptions since then, and I try to limit myself to buying only solids. You will be able to tell by my quilts that most of the fabric is now what is called "vintage."
Updates on Sewing Up My Fabric!
Since I originally posted my description of this blog, I have somewhat erred from my intention. I have actually bought much more fabric than I had but ................. in my defense, I got the solids at 50% off and the quilt shop fabric at 75% off, so that doesn't count, right? LOL

Rotaries in Bloom - Second block in the Quilters' Garden Mystery Row of the Month.
This is my swap block. A small washer belongs in the middle of the black circle. My husband thought he had one, but out of all of his washers, he didn't have one to fit this circle! I will have to make a trip to the hardware store.
I have all of the blocks made and I just need to applique all the rotary cutters on them. They are really looking nice all in a row.
