January Goals |
RSC15 Sawtooth Star Needs to be quilted. I didn't finish the top until 2019 so it is about time to get this top into a finished quilt! No more procrastinating! I am linking up with Quilting Gail for my PHD in 2020 https://quiltinggail.com/2019/12/15/do-you-have-too-many-ufos/ and Elm Street Quilts for One Monthly Goal https://www.elmstreetquilts.com/p/omg-one-monthly-goal.html Surely I can get this done! |
A little over 30 years ago, I started collecting fabric. I felt like I needed a good variety in order to make my quilts. About 10 years ago, I stopped collecting fabric. I determined that I needed to sew up my fabric before I could buy any more. I have only made a few exceptions since then, and I try to limit myself to buying only solids. You will be able to tell by my quilts that most of the fabric is now what is called "vintage."
Updates on Sewing Up My Fabric!
Since I originally posted my description of this blog, I have somewhat erred from my intention. I have actually bought much more fabric than I had but ................. in my defense, I got the solids at 50% off and the quilt shop fabric at 75% off, so that doesn't count, right? LOL
